Australia has officially been allocated a spot in the Powerchair Hockey World Championship 2018! It is up to the 8 teams allocated a spot in the championships to now accept their invitations.
The slots for the IPCH World Championship are allocated based on regions and the world ranking list. If a nation chooses to reject their qualification slot, the next nation on the world ranking list will be invited instead.

Germany (The Netherlands is already allocated, therefore Germany will get the second slot from the Regional Championship of Europe)
Belgium (No African nations will be participating, therefore Belgium has been invited)
Australia (Oceania region slot)
Japan (Asia region slot)
America (U.S.A. or Canada – Regional Champion still to be decided)
